Last Friday evening we started offering Organic Cotton Reusable and KN95 Masks on our website. The response has been overwhelming and humbling. We are working long hours including weekends to manufacture, pick, pack and ship your orders, while adhering to CDC required guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

We received 1000 orders in the first 48 hours. Currently we are receiving several hundred orders per day, plus an average of 100 customer service emails and phone calls. We can only respond to a small fraction of these calls and emails as our single focus is to get these masks into your hands, as soon as humanly possible.

Our sincere apology for this shortcoming. We are adding customer service capacity to responding to every inquiry starting Wednesday April 15th.

1. When will my order ship?
KN95 masks are in stock. We started shipping organic reusable masks on Wednesday April 8th as originally scheduled.

Starting Friday 4/17, we expect all orders to ship within 1-2 days.

    2. When will my order arrive?
    All orders are shipped via US Postal Service. Once the packages are picked up from our warehouse and scanned, you will receive an automated email confirming your order has been shipped with an estimated arrival date. These dates are occasionally revised by USPS, we have no control over that once the package leaves our warehouse.


      3. Can I change my order?
      It is very difficult to change orders. Every hour new orders are printed and spread evenly across the 6 pick & pack stations in the warehouse. It takes an hour or more to go through each station and find out a single order and its status.
      • If you would like to add to your order, please place a new order.
      • If you would like to cancel, send us an email confirming you want to cancel. We try to catch the package before leaving our warehouse.


      1. How long is the introductory coupon code valid
        The coupon was emailed exclusively to customers on our mailing list. It will expire today Thursday 04/09 at midnight Pacific Time.

      Moving Forward:
      The decision to re-open and start manufacturing was not made lightly. As a team, we decided the risk we are taking would be worthwhile if we can help reduce one person, or one family’s suffering. I want to thank you again for your support.
