RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

• If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item(s) for exchange or refund within 30-days of purchase
• All items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed
• Shipping charges are not refunded
• Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returns or exchanges
• We pay the shipping cost for the exchanged item
• Clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges

EXCEPTIONS 

Face Masks:

• There are NO returns or exchanges allowed for any type of face masks or PPEs, NO exceptions

Underwear (Women’s Panties, Men’s Boxers & Briefs):

• Once the underwear packaging is opened, NO returns or exchanges are allowed
• If you have purchased multiple units of the same styles, we recommend trying one pair before opening the rest

OUR UNDERWEAR GUARANTEE 

• If you do not love your first pair of underwear, we will replace it with a different size or style for FREE
• Limit, one free replacement per customer
