RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item(s) for exchange or refund within 30-days of purchase
- All items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed
- Shipping charges are not refunded
- Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returns or exchanges
- We pay the shipping cost for the exchanged item
- Clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
EXCEPTIONS
Face Masks:
- There are NO returns or exchanges allowed for any type of face masks or PPEs, NO exceptions
Underwear (Women’s Panties, Men’s Boxers & Briefs):
- Once the underwear packaging is opened, NO returns or exchanges are allowed
- If you have purchased multiple units of the same styles, we recommend trying one pair before opening the rest
OUR UNDERWEAR GUARANTEE
- If you do not love your first pair of underwear, we will replace it with a different size or style for FREE
- Limit, one free replacement per customer
